What Is Kick-Box Fit?

Kick-Box Fit is a mixture of Kick Boxing and Tae Kwon Do and combines elements of boxing and karate as well. Combining hand and arm strikes, high and low kicks, and defensive moves, it tones and strengthens the legs and upper body, giving you a complete workout – as well as helping to reduce stress levels and building self-confidence.

No you don’t need to be a member of the club to take part just turn up but you will need to pay £5 per lesson. You can save money by paying £15 per month for 1 session per week!
